Now Open: Food Access in Health Care Network Grant Opportunity
The FAHC Network is now accepting proposals for projects that strengthen the connection between food access and health care. This may include, but is not limited to: produce prescription programs, medically tailored meals and food and nutrition insecurity screening and referrals. This funding aims to help Vermont communities build the infrastructure, partnerships, and capacity needed to make access to nutritious food a fundamental part of health care.
