This 4-part series is designed for health care professionals, food and nutrition educators, and food access/service personnel. We will learn the skills to lead effective cooking and nutrition demonstrations with Leah Pryor-Executive Chef Manager and Co-Founder of the Culinary Medicine Program at UVM Medical Center, and Maire Folan, Nutrition Education Director from UVM Extension.
